About Me
I know what it’s like to feel stuck. To feel like something needs to change, but not knowing how to move forward. That’s what led me to hypnotherapy —first as a way to understand the mind, and then as a powerful tool to help others break free from their own mental barriers.
As a solution-focused hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, I trained with the renowned Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training in Bristol, gaining expertise in neuroscience-based techniques that create real, lasting change. My approach utilises science-backed Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
